Library Hours Modified due to Heat, Programs Canceled for Monday and Tuesday

The air conditioning in the Municipal Building is still not working. For the safety and comfort of our patrons, we will close early at 1pm on Monday, July 9 and open late on Tuesday, July 10 at 1pm. The air conditioning should be running again Tuesday afternoon.

Monday Hours for July 9: 9am - 1pm

Tuesday Hours for July 10: 1pm - 6pm

NO PROGRAMS WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY.

Programs are scheduled to resume as normal on Wednesday. Please watch for updates to where the Wednesday performance will be held.

LIBRARY CLOSING DUE TO HEAT

The library will be closing early today, Friday July 6, at 1:00pm, due to the extreme heat in the building. We will be closed on Saturday, July 7 for the same reason.


The library will have regular hours on Monday, July 9, but there will be no library programs that day.


The air conditioning in the municipal building is currently not working. Hopefully, it may be running again by the end of the day on Monday.

No Library Programs Friday, July 6 or Monday, July 9

The air conditioning in the municipal building is broken. Due to the extreme heat and lack of air conditioning, there will be no library programs held on Friday, July 6 or Monday, July 9. It is possible that the air may be fixed sometime on Monday. As of now, regular programming will resume Tuesday, July 10.
